At a colourful IFF-Kuwait inaugural ceremony at 8:00 a.m. at the Fire Brigade Gounds, Al-Rai-Shuwaikh, after the ribbon cutting ceremony at the hands of the visiting Goan priest, Fr. Lourenco Mascarenhas, the executive committee and council members were introduced:
